We had a great stay here. The hotel facilities were good: massage chairs in the lobby, vending machines on every floor, and a lovely onsen with three outside tubs, one of which had rice wine. The location right next to the train station and a main bus stop was super convenient for us. Plus, the hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Couldn't fault this place, it was a wonderful stay overall.

The large public bath and massage chairs were a great feature, and the location next to the train station was convenient. the free breakfast was good enough for a quick meal before setting off for the day.
The staff were not helpful or accommodating. Communication was difficult due to language barriers, and they seemed uninterested in assisting guests.

The location of the hotel was superb, right next to the railway station and bus stop. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff members were very friendly and helpful.
The lack of English-speaking staff at the hotel made communication quite challenging. the strict policy of cleaning the rooms was quite annoying, as the hotel staff insisted on cleaning the room as soon as I left the room in the morning, which was inconvenient as I was trying to enjoy a leisurely city break.
